IPL2020
srh vs rr
Match no 40| SRH vs RR
This was the Second game between Hyderabad and Rajasthan as first game was won by Rajasthan. So this was the Revenge game for Hyderabad.
Yesterday SRH won the toss and elected to bowl first. They made 2 changes in their playing 11 by picking Jason Holder who is playing his first match and Shabaaj nadeem.
RR didn't made any changes in their playing 11.
Rajasthan got good start by Uthappa and Ben Stokes. But uthappa was unlucky and got run out. Then Samson and Stokes build 1 partnership but eventually Samson got out on Holder's ball who is playing his first match. Then in next over Rashid Khan dismissed Stokes also. Then Buttler also got out by Vijay Shankar. Then Riyan Parag hit some boundaries and at the end Jofra Archer did some useful work.
Then somehow Rajasthan manages to go above 150.
But it was very less score at thus venue.
Then came the Hyderabad's Batting. But Jofra Archer derailed their run chase by dismissing David Warner and Jonny Bairstow on low score. They got the start that they wanted.
But the happiness of Rajasthan didn't remain for long time as Manish Pandey and Vijay Shankar build a great partnership they didn't gave any chance to Rajasthan's Bowling attack to be in front.
Manish Pandey hits his well deserved fifty.
and Vijay Shankar also gave him good support by scoring first fifty of this IPL2020.
Both these players finally made their ways to get their important win over Rajasthan Royals.
Manish Pandey and Vijay Shankar played Exceptionally well. By thus they still have hopes to qualify for playoffs. But by this loss Rajasthan's path is filled with obstacles.
